How to Belong

Relocation Support

Helping families settle into Madrid with confidence and ease.

Making Madrid Feel Like Home

Moving to a new country is exciting — but it can also feel overwhelming. Where should we live? Which schools are the right fit? How do we adjust to a new culture, language, and way of life? These questions can quickly turn what should be a joyful adventure into a stressful challenge.

Relocation isn’t just about moving boxes. It’s about building a life, finding belonging, and creating stability for your children. For families, it means much more than logistics — it means navigating emotions, routines, and expectations in a new environment.

At How We Raise™, we believe that moving abroad should feel like an opportunity, not a burden. Our Relocation Support is designed to remove the uncertainty and bring clarity to every stage of your move. With lived experience of international transitions and a deep understanding of family needs, we guide you through the practical steps while also addressing the emotional side of settling in.

From choosing the right neighborhood to helping your child feel comfortable at school, from navigating Spanish routines to building a supportive community, we make sure that when you arrive, you don’t just live in Madrid — you feel at home in Madrid.
